We collect information from Washington residents to provide e-commerce, scheduling, and educational services.

  • E-commerce & SaaS: Billing details and account credentials.
  • Online Appointments: Contact info and meeting topics.
  • E-learning: Course progress, quiz scores, and certifications.
  • Generative AI & VoIP: Text prompts, voice recordings, and interaction logs.

Under Washington law, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access & Confirm: You can confirm if we are processing your data and request a list of all third parties with whom your data has been shared.
  • Right to Deletion: You may request that we delete your data from our active records and backups.
  • Right to Appeal: If we deny a data request, you have the right to appeal our decision within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw consent for data collection or sharing at any time.

VoIP & AI Interaction Notice

  • Audio Recording: To comply with RCW 9.73.030, all parties involved in a VoIP call are notified that calls may be recorded for meeting summary and follow up.
  • AI Disclosure: All interactions with our generative AI agents are artificially generated. We do not represent these agents as human.

We share data only as necessary to provide your requested services. 

This includes:

  • Payment Processors:  Stripe for SaaS billing.
  • Scheduling Tools:  Odoo for appointments.
  • Cloud Providers: For hosting your e-learning content.

  • Account & Billing: Name, email, physical address, and payment details (processed securely via Stripe).
  • Service Usage: Voice data (for VoIP), text prompts (for Generative AI), and software interaction logs.
  • Scheduling: Name, contact info, and meeting topics provided during appointment setting.
  • E-Learning: Course progress, quiz results, certificates earned, and forum contributions.

We use your information to:

  • Provide Services: Fulfill SaaS subscriptions, facilitate VoIP calls, and generate AI responses.
  • Education Tracking: Monitor your progress in our e-learning modules and issue certifications.
  • Appointments: Send reminders and manage our calendar sync with [e.g., Google/Outlook].
  • Generative AI: When using our AI agents, do not input sensitive personal identifiers. We disclose when you are interacting with an automated system.
  • VoIP & Recording: If calls are recorded for quality assurance, you will be notified at the start of the session.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting, payment processors, and scheduling tools.
  • Compliance: When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
