On a personal note:  Resilience and Priorities

My parents were former small business owners, and their influence shaped my work ethic. My father, who loved going to work every day, taught me that "paint takes time to dry" and that the order in which you complete a project is vital to its success. While I was in high school, I worked at the shop guided by my mom, writing checks, answering the phones and observing the realities of business ownership.

Today, I carry those lessons I learned from my parents and combine them with professional Agile Scrum and DevOps delivery methods. I believe in starting with the end in mind and "paying the dues" first regarding security and compliance. Ultimately, I lead with empathy, wearing every hat and valuing the customer relationship above all else.
