Real People Network emphasizes a customer-centric approach that prioritizes trust and seamless communication between teams and their clients. Drawing on her history as a product owner and scrum master, she teaches leaders how to overcome organizational friction by focusing on shared objectives. Her philosophy utilizes empathetic leadership, education, and data-driven results to align different departments with a unified vision. Ultimately, the network serves as both a software provider and a strategic guide for navigating the human and technical challenges of modern business delivery.

  • The Future of Data: Deployment of AI Agents and High-Resolution 3D Digital Remote Sensing equipment with custom, integrated ERP connectors.

On a personal note:  Resilience and Priorities

In the late summer of 2023, my mother was diagnosed with a serious, life-threatening illness. Suddenly, how I spent my time needed to change. My husband agreed, and together we made the necessary adjustments. Throughout her treatments, my mother encouraged me to embrace my role as a DevOps consultant and to see my value as she saw it.

My parents were former small business owners, and their influence shaped my work ethic. My father, who loved going to work every day, taught me that "paint takes time to dry" and that the order in which you complete a project is vital to its success. While I was in high school, my mother encouraged me to take accounting courses at our local technical college because she knew the value of business management.

Today, I carry those process-driven methods I learned from my parents and combine them with professional Agile and DevOps delivery methods. I believe in starting with the end in mind and "paying the dues" first regarding security and compliance. Ultimately, I lead with empathy, wearing every hat and valuing the customer relationship above all else.
